“Everything rises and falls with leadership.”
— John Maxwell
If you think about the quote above from John, you’ll soon realize that it’s true. From our jobs to our families and everything in between, the success or failure of our adventures hinges on our ability (or lack of) as leaders.
Yes, you are a leader, even if you don’t think you are. At minimum, you are a leader of yourself.
But we can’t change others, only ourselves. And if you want to be a better leader, either at home, at work, or in the community, you have to be intentional about it.
Most of us want to do better at work, at home, and in life, but we don’t know how. As a result we’re stuck. Maybe we’re even stuck in a good place…but we know it’s not the best place.
Now is the time to do something different, to step out of your comfort zone and into the challenge that will take you to the better place. It won’t be easy, change never is. It will be hard, but it will be worth it.
It’s time to stop asking “What If?” and time to start doing!
