Helping you accomplish your goals and achieve your dreams
Despite our human tendencies to believe we can do it ourselves, if you look at the most successful people in business, athletics, music, and the arts, the one common denominator is they all have a coach. They have someone supporting them and challenging them. Their coach makes them better.
Many successful individuals have recognized that they can do so much more when someone is there to be a confidant, to bounce ideas off of, and to help hold them accountable to achieve the greatness they want to achieve. This is where I come in as coach.
I bring to clients a different perspective, a different way of thinking, and ask questions to pull out the greatness that is within you. And because everybody is different, and every situation is different, my approach for each client is customized and tailored to meet their specific needs.
If you’re not willing to invest in yourself, why would you expect somebody else to?
Types of Coaching
Individual – one on one private and confidential coaching
When I am working one on one with a client, my focus is solely on their success and helping them reach their goals and fulfilling their purpose and passion. We work together to define goals that stretch you, yet are firmly achievable with a plan that is built just for you.
Group – small setting onsite
Whether I’m working with a group of executives or a small team within a division, it’s important to bring everyone together quickly and get them involved. In many situations, employees feel stifled and pushed to the side for various reasons. I work to remove their fear of failure, encourage them to speak up, and to share their input.
When the whole team is providing input and ideas, the solution is often found in the one place you may not have been looking. This experience helps individuals to grow and perform at a higher level over longer periods.
