Maybe you’re in real estate, a sales rep, a dentist, or a financial advisor. Maybe you’re not really working alone, but some days it feels like you are. Regardless, your financial success is variable, and it comes down to you.
You see the value of collaboration and you want to grow your business, yet you don’t have the time to commit to long-term coaching nor the financial ability to pay for it. You want to talk with others in a similar position as you, but you don’t know who you can trust or how to begin. Well, now you do…you begin here!
Once a month, we’ll gather as a group for an hour and a half. During this time, we’ll have a half hour facilitated personal development discussion that provides valuable information to help you grow yourself and your business. Topics may include relationship building, leadership, communication, or social media, etc.
In the additional hour, we’ll collectively brainstorm solutions to obstacles that you’re experiencing or share opinions about ideas you would like to pursue, providing value you can implement immediately.
By bringing together people who may have a different experience, it allows participants in a Leadership Roundtable to share and learn from a different perspective. You’ll be held accountable to reach your own success, but you won’t be on your own — you’ll have others in the roundtable supporting you!
What You Can Expect in a Leadership Roundtable:
— Minimum of 6 people, maximum of 10
— Unless pre-approved, no two members of a particular roundtable will be from the same industry
— Time and location of each month’s meeting will be determined at the 1st meeting or shortly thereafter
— Everything that happens in a Leadership Roundtable remains confidential
— Each member will get a 20-minute one-on-one coaching session over the phone with Steve each month
— It’s a 6 month commitment; growth is a process that takes time and commitment
— Information, tools, resources, confidence and encouragement to grow!

Investment is as follows:
- One payment for entire 6 months (1st month)…………..$800 (Averages out to $133.33/month!)
- Two equal payments of $450 (1st & 3rd months)………..$900 (Averages out to $150.00/month!)
- Six equal payments of $175.00 (monthly)………………….$1050 (Averages out to $175.00/month!)
