At first I was hesitant to attend the Mastermind group due to the time commitment. I quickly learned that with great content, a great leader and a great group that not only was the commitment worth the time, I took away valuable lessons that would not have been learned by simply reading the book. The Leadership Mastermind group allows you to look inside yourself and honestly assess your own leadership strengths, weaknesses, and overriding style.
