Steve has been instrumental in helping me be as impactful as possible in my new role. And after attending Live2Lead 2021, hosted by Steve, he helped me bring Jeff Henderson's talk about his new book "Know What You're FOR" to the whole company. And the accompanying assessment gave us a few areas we could focus on improving in the new year. It really helped us show that we are FOR our people. I would recommend Steve for his coaching, public speaking, and assessment skills.

**HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!** We have worked with Steve Goble, The Goble Group, for over 5 years now and have had a continually successful relationship. Not only has Steve kept us connected with our industry professionals as well as professional recommendations of other great, potential partners, but he also offered up a unique hiring resource too! Everyone knows in today's day and age, what a challenge it is to hire someone much less to hire the right person. We have several staff members that we jokingly say we'd love to clone! Steve Goble used the DISC assessments to help us identify the traits, characteristics, strengths, etc that we were looking to duplicate. Our staff that participated enjoyed the insight to themselves and they were beneficial in narrowing down final candidates. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, etc to Steve Goble for his forward-thinking, resourcefulness, and for being a great partner!

VP of Education & Learning,

Mid Penn Bank

Steve led two programs for Mid Penn Bank, Build a Better You and a custom DISC for Business Development. In both cases, Steve was a partner who took the time to learn about our specific needs for each program and customize the content and delivery. He created a welcoming and comfortable environment that allowed the participants to fully engage, share, and grow.  I highly recommend Steve if you’re looking for a partner to help you and/or your team grow.
