What is the Kingdom Focused Summit?
In 2019, the Goble Group launched the Kingdom Focused Summit (KFS) as an act of faith to bring Christian leaders, speakers, and educators from across the country to Central PA to share their insight, wisdom, and faith with our vibrant small business community around a relevant theme each year.
The Kingdom Focused Summit provides an opportunity for these businesses to come together as individuals or teams to learn, laugh, and network through faith, family and business.

If we're being honest with ourselves, loving others is hard sometimes.
But just because it's hard, doesn't mean we shouldn't be doing it.
In a world full of turmoil where many people feel isolated and alone, where conflict is happening publicly and privately, it's our responsibility as Christians to share the love of Christ, just as Christ has loved us and commanded us to love others.
At Kingdom Focused Summit 2024, we're going to go DEEP with Ken Sande that will help us show others love with Biblical principles and relational wisdom that can be utilized in a practical way to share the love of Christ, strengthen our relationships, and while also positively affect the bottom line within our businesses.

Ken Sande
Ken Sande is the founder of Peacemaker Ministries and RW360. Trained as an engineer, lawyer and mediator, Ken has conciliated hundreds of family, business, church and legal conflicts. He is the author of numerous articles and books, including The Peacemaker, which has sold over 500,000 copies in twenty languages.
Ken is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Instructor with TalentSmartEQ and a Certified Relational Wisdom Conciliator, Coach and Instructor. He has served as a church elder, an Editorial Advisor for Christianity Today, a Certified Professional Engineer and as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Montana Bar Association.
He teaches internationally on biblical peacemaking, Christian conciliation and relational wisdom, which is an enhanced form of emotional intelligence that helps people “get upstream of conflict” by improving their ability to read and manage emotions in themselves and others. The resources he has developed are being used to strengthen relationships, promote teamwork and reduce and resolve conflict in churches, families, businesses, schools and military bases around the world.
