The Workforce & Economic Development Center at Thaddeus Stevens College, in partnership with the Goble Group, is launching the Certificate in Collaborative Leadership. 

This is a non-credit bearing certificate designed for existing and emerging leaders who desire to increase their leadership by serving others, creating internal partnerships within their organizations, and building leaders of the future their teams need.

Specifics:

When: Six 3-hour sessions from 8:30am - 11:30am* 

• Sept. 10th: Trust as the Foundation for Employee Retention

• Sept. 24th: Becoming a Leader Worth Following

• Oct. 1st: Deeper Connections & Greater Communication Across Generations

• Oct. 15th: Understanding Emotional Intelligence & Learning from Failure

• Oct. 29th: Proactive Coaching & Healthy Confrontation

• Nov. 12th: Building Strong & Resilient Teams

Each session will be an interactive learning experience, including discussions and insights from fellow participants, in a small group environment.

*Must attend 5 of 6 sessions to complete and receive certificate
